Test cases

Access to the page /view/institutionviews.php
1. Login as a site/institution admin
2. If you have only one institution, please create another one.
3. On the main menu, click Administration
4. Click Institutions/Pages

Changing the institution in the drop-down list, then click 'Go' should
work

You don't have to test other pages listed in the bug description as they
share the same code.
