[Bug 1056069] Re: cannot change password
Hi Nguyen,
Problem:
User cannot login the sysetm (even admin). They get the following 2 errors:
You have exceeded the maximum login attempts. This account has been locked for up to 5 minutes.
You have not provided the correct credentials to log in. Please check your username and password are correct.
User can request forgot password from the login page.
When the user get the email and follow the link. User can change the password and log into Mahara from the email link. However, once s/he logout. S/he cannot login again using the changed password.
When s/he login again, s/he gets the above 2 errors.
My problem occurs in
Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS.
Apache 2.2.22
PHP 5.3.5
MySQL 5.5.28

Mahara Version 1.5.3
Plattform: LAMP
Browser: Chrome
After installing mahara it is not possible to change the admin's password. So I'm not able to log in.
When submitting the the new password only the login screen appears. But nothing happens. The password is still the same.
