Title:
  First option under "manage institutions", institution is not
  capitalised

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  On the /admin/ page, under the "Manage Institutions" heading.

  The first link says "institutions" while all the other links have the
  word capitalised.

  This should be capitalised also, for consistancy.

  This problem probably arose due to some standardising of word
  capitalising that happened previously.
