  Remove time options from registration expiry settings

Bug description:
  In bug 952625 the registration expiry time was created as configurable
  site setting. It would be good if the options "Months, Years and No
  end date" were removed as they are not very sensible options for the
  registration which should usually be dealt with within a short period
  of time.
