    Remove the default theme collection nav template (Bug #1115832)
    
    The only differences between the collection nav template for raw
    and default is that default makes poorly formed navigation links.

  collection navigation links break after "show more" with cleanurls

Bug description:
  With cleanurls, the collection navigation link appears as
  /user/username/untitled-5&showmore=1 instead of
  /user/username/untitled-5?showmore=1 and thus is broken.
