many thanks for mentioning - Florian is quite busy at the moment with
other stuff but will upgrade as soon as possible and we'll answer!

Unfortunately Florian leaves our University at the end of March so we
have to find another expert for maintaining our platforms.

  Admin: Add institutions - Plugin Button overlayed

Bug description:
  when you add a new institution there is the next interface to add an
  authentication plugin - I just did this on small monitor with
  1024x768px. Then the "Add" button is overlayed by the textbox for
  locking an institution (see attached screenshot).
