  Generate a QR code for Mahara mobile app config

Bug description:
  The MaharaDroid wiki describes how administrators can create a QR code
  to configure for their users to configure their instance of Mahara:
  http://code.google.com/p/maharadroid/wiki/QRConfiguration

  But it'd be nice if Mahara itself generated that QR code. Perhaps it
  could be a link on the user's settings page, next to where they enter
  their mobile token.
