I see the 1.7 langpacks on http://langpacks.mahara.org/ now. We still
have the issue of the "last updated" dates changing when you refresh the
page, which I think is an unfortunate side effect of the fact that we're
mirroring this on two different servers, on which the "last update"
dates are based on when that particular server pulled down the files.

The 1.7 packs are three days "younger" on one of the two servers it
looks like. Was one of them down until May 16?

  The available langpacks on http://langpacks.mahara.org don't contain
  1.7  where https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/ does. In
  other words, the sync between launchpad and langpacks.mahara is
  broken.
