  Langpacks 1.7 don't appear in langpacks.mahara.org

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The available langpacks on http://langpacks.mahara.org don't contain
  1.7  where https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/ does. In
  other words, the sync between launchpad and langpacks.mahara is
  broken.
