It's fine making the table clickable/sortable, but it should be possible
to apply defaults; e.g., Alphabetical BY Complete, or Alphabetical BY
reverse Complete.

Bug description:
  So far, Mahara displays pages and collections alphabetically and plans
  chronologically.

  It would be nice to be able to choose a sort order.

  - Default: Alphabetical
  - Chronologically according to ascending modification date
  - Reverse chronological order
