Thanks for the bug report! :)

I was unable to replicate this problem, using a clean install of the
latest Mahara 1.6 minor release, 1.6.5. It appears that the bug fix for
bug1089282 (which was released in Mahara 1.6.3) was a fix in a generic
pagination function, so it seems to have fixed this problem all across
Mahara.

Can you specify which 1.6 minor release you're using?

Title:
  Only first 5 collections editable in a group

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When editing a set of collections within a group in Mahara 1.6, you are unable to move to the second page (if you have more than 5 collections).  I came across this forum post about moving between forum pages https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=5201 and the issue is the same - removing " amp; " from the url then allows the page to be viewed.  If the same fix can be applied to the offset navigation for collections that would be most helpful.
