Now that the styling can handle it, don't shorten titles of pages in
tabs

  Increase number of characters in collection tabs

Bug description:
  The length of characters displayed in a collection's navigation tabs
  presently cuts of at 20 characters. This is often not sufficient to
  display longer, more discriptive titles of pages.
