Fix javascript problem with adding embedded media blocks. Bug #1181010

The inline javascript in the returned html on saving the block
configuration was breaking things so the configuration wasn't updating
the underlying page and closing itself properly.

Have made it so the html (with js) code can be added correctly to the
underlying page

And have also made it so any inline js in the returned html blob can
be extracted and executed correctly
