Fixed up dropzone to be more generic (Bug #1216764)

- allow it to work in fileupload forms with id other than 'files'
- got it to work with resumes file upload forms where they pass a
field called 'cancel_submitform'.
- got it to work with journal upload form

  When adding a file via drag and drop to a journal entry, I get
  "SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character".
