  License info is NOT updated when using content from other text boxes

Bug description:
  Version: all
  Platform: all

  Assumptions
   - user u01 is member of the group A
   - group A has a text box with some license info (license, licensor, and licensorurl) which can be read by user u01
   - user u01 has several text boxes with different licenses

  Actions
   - user u01 try to add a new text box into his page.
   - In the configuration box, he clicks 'Use content from another text box' and selects a text box from the list.

  Expected result
   - The license info must be updated
   - If the text box is read only to the user, the license must be rendered in HTML.

  Actual result
   - The license info is not updated.
