This appears to be a cross browser issue - logged in as admin theme =
moderation

  logged in as admin 
  Theme = moderation
  ----------------------------------
  I added some files to Certifications, Books, Professional memberships on content > resume > achievements. The attachment icons are not aligned  see attachment for more details
