  Warnings about undefined "$firstname", "$lastname", and
  "$preferredname" while doing non-interactive leap2a import

Bug description:
  To replicate:

  1. Go to Administration -> Users -> Add user
  2. Create a new user from a Leap2a file

  Expected result: It should create the user
  Actual result: It creates the user, but it also shows some warning messages about the $firstname, $lastname, and $preferredname variables being undefined.
