I've added a fix for this:

Which sets the default in htdocs/search/elasticsearch/elasticsearchartefacttypesmap.txt to
html|Document|Text

And also now gets the admin form to actually save the artefacttypesmap
field.

  Elasticsearch 'textbox' results should be under text rather than media
  as even though text boxes are artefact type html they make more sense
  being under the 'text' tab of elasticsearch results.
