There are a lot of whitespace changes in this commit. That's because the
htmlpurifier library has Windows line endings on every file. For some
reason our 4.4.0 installation had those Windows line endings converted
to Unix line endings. In keeping with the principle that it's best to
avoid unnecessary changes to external libraries, I'm leaving the Windows
line endings intact this time.
