those files are still there so they still need to be reviewed and any
not needed should be deleted - that probably goes for all the help files
in the lang/en.utf8/help/ subdirectories

  Where are groupeditlink.html and pendingmembershipheader.html and
  createviewtemplateselect.html linked to
  (htdocs/lang/en.utf8/help/sections)? They mention "community" which
  suggests they are old help files according to Francois.
