Bug description:
  For instance the address
  http://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=5863 gets turned into
  https://mahara.org/?id=5863

  There are still a lot of old links hanging around in random places
  (wiki pages, old forum posts) with the old HTTP addresses. We should
  fix the site so that it redirects them correctly to the HTTPS address.
