  Username links are not always read out when using a screen reader

Bug description:
  When navigating using a screen reader, in some places user links are not read out. This only occurs when navigating using the arrow keys and only happens for particular links (but consistently for those links)
  - The 'online users' list in the sidebar. The title is read out, as is "Show all online users" but the links in between are not read out
  - In Groups -> a group -> About, the same thing happens for the author names under "Latest Forum Posts"

  In both cases the issue can be fixed by assigning a non-null alt text
  to the profile picture used in the links (currently they have alt="")

  Affects latest master (using Orca 3.4.2)
