Hi Melissa,

The arrows on the blocks in a page work for me on Android 4.1 on
http://demo.mahara.org which runs on 1.8.1. Can you please check the
demo site with your tablet? If the arrows don't work for you there,
please let us know which version of Android you are using.

Bug description:
  1.8.0; on Android and iOS

  When device detection is turned on, it should show radio buttons in
  the content chooser panel for users to chose their blocks (see
  screenshot). However, the panel has overlapping icons and things are
  way off. Evonne thinks the device detection is the problem because she
  cannot target anything in the CSS directly.
