Hi Kristina,

Device detection is on. Site config allows users to disable device
detection, but device detection is on on all three accounts I checked.

Is it correct to assume from your question that tinymce should be
available on web browser from mobile devices?

Bug description:
  Even though tinymce is displayed in various browsers on computer, i
  cannot get it when I try from a web browser on either an iOS or
  Android device. Is it normal?
