Hello Stéphane,

I tested on an iPad with Safari and a Samsung Android with the built-in
browser using http://demo.mahara.org (Mahara 1.8). When device detection
is on, TinyMCE does not show up. However, when device detection is
turned off, I have TinyMCE available. The information in the user manual
is misleading for the iPad and I'll update it once we have found
consensus. ;-)

Thus, I can't replicate your issue. Can you please test on
demo.mahara.org?

  no tinymce on mobile

Bug description:
  Even though tinymce is displayed in various browsers on computer, i
  cannot get it when I try from a web browser on either an iOS or
  Android device. Is it normal?
