Ok. So, when device détection is off, tinymce appears.

I do not understand the relation between the two... but problem is
solved.

  no tinymce on mobile

Bug description:
  Even though tinymce is displayed in various browsers on computer, i
  cannot get it when I try from a web browser on either an iOS or
  Android device. Is it normal?
