  Add/Edit buttons in Resume should use focus management

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  In Content -> Resume, there are various fields which are accessed by clicking on an "Add" or "Edit" button. However, since the forms are loaded using Javascript, screen reader users cannot tell what has happened and may be confused by the change in page structure.
  To make this more accessible, all the buttons should set focus to the first input in the form that they load.
