  Screen readers are confused by Unsubscribe button in forums

Bug description:
  When listing Forums (in Groups -> a group -> Forums) the third column of the table contains an Unsubscribe button for each forum. However, Orca reports that the column is blank and it's confusing navigating the sub-table in JAWS and NVDA.
  The layout should be simplified so that the button is no longer in a separate table.

  Affects latest master (using Orca 3.4.2)
