  Warning when deleting a page that is used in a collection

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  When you delete a page that is used in a collection you only get the
  standard warning message that certain content will be gone. However,
  before that you should be alerted to the fact that you delete a page
  that is used in a collection. For files used in pages we use a pop-up.
