  Elasticsearch page doesn't have textual description of tab state

Bug description:
  On /search/elasticsearch/index.php the in-page tabs don't have the
  usual "tab" and "tab selected" hidden text (for screen reader users).
  This needs to be added to fit with the rest of the site.
