  Link to delete authentication method should be a standard delete
  button

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  New

Bug description:
  Currently the link to delete an authentication method in when
  administering an institution has the text "[x]". This is not
  descriptive enough for screen reader users and should be changed to
  "delete" as for Bug #1262908

  Affects latest master

  (WCAG Level A)
