  Title of "Group categories" page should be made more descriptive

  In Progress

Bug description:
  When managing group categories in Administration -> Groups -> Group
  categories, the page title is "Groups". This should be changed to
  "Group categories" to make it easier for screen reader users to figure
  out which page they are on.
