Getting the info button to show correctly (Bug #1298671)

The info button is suppose to display if there is metadata.
Currently not working on FF and working brokenly on Chrome

Patch gets the info to display correctly

  When viewing the page Portfolio/Skins on Chromium 32.0.1700.102 Ubuntu
  12.04, I saw the small link in the skin thumbnails next to the
  favorite button. See the attached image
