[Bug 1296396] Re: Adding artefacts to a page based on tags

Marking as a duplicate, because images are a type of artefact. Although
I suppose, implementation-wise, you'd need to do this in a few separate
parts:

1. Add a tag-based selection option to the file chooser. (This would
apply for both images and and other types of files)

2. Add a tag-based selection option for the other artefact choosers
(i.e. blog posts, and other taggable artefacts)

** Summary changed:

- Adding artefacts (blocktypes) to a page based on tags
+ Adding artefacts to a page based on tags

** Tags added: tags usability

** Changed in: mahara
   Importance: Undecided => Wishlist

Title:
Adding artefacts to a page based on tags

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When creating a new page, user could have the option of selecting an
existing tag. Then all the artefacts (matching blocktypes) that
contain that tag would be automaticaly added to the page in some
predefined order (or randomly). The user could then rearrange them on
the page or delete them off the page.
