Title:
  The static pages not greying out tinymce when the 'Use site default'
  option is ticked

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  This is a regression after the new version of tinymce was installed.

  The tinymce is (partially) disabled but the visual queue is not there
  anymore for users.

  This will be due the some js doing the disabling not finding the right
  id's in the html to hook into
