Hi Yuliya,

I'm trying to review the code.  But, not sure how to generate this
warning message in the first place.

What is the scenairo/conditions to get this warning?  What is the text
of the warning?

And, where does this warning appear (I'm assuming in /var/log/apache/error.log - or wherever the apache log is supposed to write to).
