  Add number of online members next to group in chat

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  Currently the new chat displays the group name, but there is no way to
  tell how many people are online. It would be useful to display the
  number of online users next to the group. We would need to be careful
  that it was clearly different from the number of new messages posted
  to the group (which we also display as a number next to the group).
