- Whatsoever we say to ourselves goes direct to our brain and is recognized as sheer emancipationist.

- Some you say to yourself or others is accepted as a utter abolitionist to your nous mind.
- How do you account yourself?
- Do you see yourself as healthy, thin and rattling? Or do you see yourself as onerous and adiposis? Do you verify yourself (or complain to others) that "you can't" decline weight?
- If you say to yourself....
- "I am fat" ... your knowledge says OK, you're fat and gets to succeed in the panorama on action actions that pee (and cook) you fat.
