We checked back at the code, the change to the js file referenced in that link (https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/3240/1) is indeed already in place.

Also, here is our version info (from lib/version.php):
->version = 2014032707;
->release = '1.9.1';
->minupgradefrom = 2009022600;
->minupgraderelease = '1.1.0 (release tag 1.1.0_RELEASE)';

Is anyone else witnessing the same issue on their installation?  We
tried it here in both IE and Firefox (Windows platform) and it seems to
be happening in both browsers.

  Unable to cancel textbox when double clicking

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  New

Bug description:
  I am unable to cancel the texbox when following these steps:

  1. Double click on text box in the left menu when in edit page mode
   
  2. (Pop-up layer comes up)
   
  3. Click the little x at top right of that box. Also try to click the close/cancel button. The popup box does not close

  MySQL 5.1.69
