Twitter plugin is not working on our Mahara instance (even with changes
for API 1.1).

 Anyway, I'm not fond of third party plugins... I'd rather have a
twitter block in standard Mahara. Twitter is a well established PLN and
is relevant for an eportfolio.

Bug description:
  As Mahara is easy to import Youtube video, I'd like to have twitter
  stream as well. In the setting, I can add a tag like #education and
  shows all the tweets about eduction as a stream line. Or in the
  setting you can add a twitter account name to pull the twitter stream.
  etc.
