Having done some work on that area recently I too believe that is a
useful feature ...

.. so I've added a patch to all for the 'all' or 'none' options so one
can select and un-select all ticks

  Enhancement - Select All option when adding pages to collection

Bug description:
  When organising pages into collections it would be useful to have the option of 'select all', rather than having to tick every page individually (screenshot example). This would be particularly useful when setting up template pages within a group. I've recently created several large collections for use as templates or teaching resources, and as these were done sequentially the pages all appear together in the selection menu - but as you have to manually click 20+ boxes to select all of them it really feels like a simple 'select all' button would make life easier.
