Title:
  Group edit and delete buttons should only have the group name in the
  alt tag but not on the button itself

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  This is a follow-on for bug #1276397

  Not only was the alt text updated but also the actual button text.
  That means that buttons can now have very long group names making it
  difficult to display them.

  The button text should be reverted back to what it was before the
  change was made, but the alt text for these buttons should state the
  group name.
