That changed in 1.10 I believe. I can't choose the authinstance as a CSV
field in 1.9. Maildisabled as option has been there for a long time, but
since nobody complained, I don't think we'd need to worry. I would say
that most users only use the most basic fields and then use the other
tick options instead of the maildisabled CSV option.

Bug description:
  In current master at the time of writing, uploadcsvusers says in its
  description that the user can include the fields maildisabled and
  authinstance in a CSV file, but seeking to do so results in the error:

  Fatal error: Class 'ArtefactTypeMaildisabled' not found

  (And the same for an authinstance related class).
