Can you please explain a bit more what you are trying to solve and what
that has to do with the CSV import? Do you mean the bulk import feature
or a user manually exporting their portfolio?

Bug description:
  We should not assume the user has any views when doing an export. If
  they were imported from a CSV file, none will have been created for
  them initially.
