Fixing notification format for multirecipient notifications
Bug:1373917 internal notifications were displayed fine, but for external
notifications, the notification text needed to be formatted using
format_notification_whitespace

Bug description:
In the in- and outbox, line breaks in the notification content of
internal notifications are displayed but the content of multirecipient
notifications is displayed without any formation. What's missing with
the multirecipient notifications is the call of
format_notification_whitespace.
