  Cannot go to page that has been reported as objectionable

Bug description:
  1.10RC1

  Up to Mahara 1.9 an admin saw a "More..." link in the inbox for a page
  that was reported as being objectionable. Not so anymore in 1.10.
  There, the admin only sees the partial page title, but cannot click on
  it to be taken to it. He can only access the page by clicking on the
  link in the email if he has emails enabled for these messages.
