Hello Andreas,

Nobody has yet picked up this wishlist item. You are welcome to give it
a go or have someone develop it. We, i.e. the core Mahara dev team at
Catalyst, have recently put the logo upload on our priority list of
things to work on (see
https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/Developer_Area/Specifications_in_Development
). Funding of features would bump any item up higher. ;-)

Title:
  Have the configurable theme also available for "No institution"

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  The configurable theme can only be used within an institution, but not
  for an entire site yet. "No institution" should be able to use it so
  that a site that consists only of 1 institution can benefit from the
  configurable theme.

  That includes also the logo upload via the admin interface.
