We are on Mahara - v1.10.0

There is option to add 'recent forum post' on pages. But, it seems to be
missing on 'default group homepage'.

Steps to reproduce
-  Navigate to 'Groups' Tab in Mahara homepage
-  click on available groups (If there are no groups- create one)
-  Navigate to 'pages' tab
- click on 'edit' button available next to 'Group homepage'. 
"Group homepage 
The group homepage contains the content that appears on the "About" tab for this group"
-  Delete 'Latest forum posts' block by clicking on 'delete' button
-  Expand 'General' Tab to add 'recent forum posts' block again to the page

Issue
- I cannot find 'recent forum post' block to add. I have also attached a screenshot to demonstrate the issue

Please note- The 'recent forum posts' can be added back on any normal
page. It just seems to be an issue on group homepage. I didn't go down
debugging further as it seems to me its not using same code.

Title:
  Group About Page - Forum block deletion unexpectedly permanent

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Each new Group's About page includes a group Forum block by default.

  However, if a Group Admin deletes this, there is no way to restore it
  - it doesn't exist as a menu item on the group's About page.

  We find the Forum block really useful and it would be good for it to
  behave like a normal block.

  Affects all recent versions of Mahara, on all browsers and operating
  systems we've tried.
