  Be able to hide plugins that you don't want to install

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  From Mahara 1.10 on, plugins that are not installed are prominently
  displayed on the Admin homepage. However, there are a few plugins that
  you may not wish to install if you don't use them, e.g. SAML, Persona,
  Elasticsearch.

  It would be good if you were able to hide plugins that you don't want
  to install so that you are not reminded of the not installed plugin
  every time you go to that page.
