The "Forgot password" page /forgotpass.php has been containing the login
form for a some time now so that this request is not necessary anymore.

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If a some thinks they have forgotten their password and they try to
  retrieve it, even though they don't exist in the system, the error
  page doesn't give them many options.

  It would be nice if this page provided links to register for the
  system, or return to the homepage.
